TC03 functional testing consists of two parts, FCT1 testing before assembling the housing and FCT2 testing after assembling the housing.
The FCT1 test includes 4 touch button tests, 4 LED lighting and color judgment tests, 6 relay output voltage tests, and buzzer tests.
FCT2 includes leakage current testing, D-Bus communication testing, LED lighting and color testing, buzzer frequency and decibel testing, and relay voltage testing.
System Features：
1.The testing interface is developed based on NI's Labview；
2.After initialization, the interface menu only has login and query menus, and employees need to log in before they can perform testing；
3.During the testing process, there will be a progress bar, and after the test is completed, it will be marked in green or red to further remind the operator whether the test result is PASS or FAIL；
4.Test data and results can be saved to log files or databases according to customer requirements。
