After the PCBA is fully loaded, it will be transported to the right side through the power drum. When the carrier is detached from the lifting power drum on the left side, the lifting drum descends to connect with the PCBA recovered from the lower layer and move the carrier. This cycle achieves fast, automatic, and accurate material collection.

The XYZ three-axis is constructed using ball screws, linear guides, servo motors, and other components; Among them, the XYZ three-axis can be used to walk anywhere within the range of the material taking point, the swing plate, and the NG point. It will place the OK and NG products in the corresponding positions after being recognized by the industrial intelligent camera.

The XYZ three-axis module can take photos of any place within a range of 500 * 400, mainly targeting cutting points. The Z-axis adjusts the lens focus compensation, and the software algorithm of the industrial intelligent camera compares and analyzes whether the PCBA after cutting is qualified. At the same time, the plasma fan performs blowing and dust removal during the flipping process of the flipping mechanism, achieving the best photography effect.

The tray feeding system is consistent with the receiving system. The upper layer is empty tray feeding with a unstacking mechanism, and the lower layer is full tray receiving with a palletizing mechanism. The conveyor line can achieve adjustable width and is compatible with trays up to 600 wide. The tray is equipped with a positioning mechanism to achieve precise positioning of the tray, making it easy to place the tray accurately.

When the product needs to be flipped, the Z-axis descends and the gripper cylinder clamps the product. The Z-axis rises to a reasonable flipping height (i.e. no interference occurs during flipping), and the rotating cylinder rotates 180 degrees. The Z-axis descends and the gripper cylinder releases, completing the flipping work of the PCBA.
